I’m a KISS collector since 1980. I mostly buy KISS-stuff and normally only sell items I have double – be it because I bought a collection or a lot, upgraded my own copy, etc.

TRADES
As a collector I appreciate trade-offers especially for items listed on www.kiss.ch/wanted but you always may send me trade-offers and lists.
SHIPPING
Although I ship items from a few grams to a few kilos, very small to very huge and breakable items – and you also may mix up several items in your order – I weighted all and estimated packing so you can automatically checkout while you know what shipping will be.
I charge the taxes as indicated by the Swiss Post plus a rate of 2.00 for the packing material/payment-fees. The rates are shown automatically in your cart. To counteract the high shipping rates, you get discounts based on the total value of your order, this is also indicated in your shopping-cart.
I normally ship with Swiss Post, although it’s expensive it’s the cheapest available here. I normally ship registered except for very cheap items. I’m not responsible for lost or damaged items if registration is explicitly not wished.
I ship the cheapest way possible what’s air-mail up to 2 kg (4.4 lbs) and sea-mail above. You can explicitly ask for air-mail on heavier items if you want the items faster (but shipping is – of course – even more expensive!).
To safe on weight I eventually ship CDs & DVDs without the jewel-case(s), if they have a standard jewel-case and are not sealed.
Consider buying more at once: Small orders are very expensive with postage, large orders are much less if you count per item.
Example: When you wish me to ship 1 (lighter) LP (incl. packing <0.5 kg /<1 lbs) to the US and you want it registered it costs around 27. If you order ~50 records (<10 kg /<20 lbs) it’s 83.00 for registered shipping, what makes a per-item shipping-price of about 1.66 – compared to 27.00!
DELIVERY
All orders are sent normally within 1 or 2 business-days after payment is cleared. Depending on destination and weight, the time until delivery to oversea destinations may take up to 15-25 days (here you can see the indicated delivery times on Swiss Post.
AVAILABILITY
Most items are only available once but all are in stock (except for rare mistakes that might happen).
They are sold on a first come first served basis. Normally a sold-out item will not be shown in the shop (it will be withdrawn automatically).
QUALITY
The pictures provided normally show the actual item sold.
Most items are from mint to average quality. If there are major defects etc. these will be indicated or can bee seen in the pictures.
DISCOUNTS & FEES
Discounts and eventual fees are shown during check-out. These are based on the total value of your order as well as the payment method.

RETURNS
I accept returns under certain circumstances i.e. a different item was received, different quality than offered – in either way contact me first to figure out best way.
The item will be replaced, issued a credit that can be used in the shop or I do a refund. All expenses have to be paid by the seller except when the mistake is made by me.
Please have in mind: I’m a private seller, KISS is my hobby, and I always try to find a solution to get you satisfied.
